Peter Chamberlin, Geoffry Powell and Christoph Bon were all Architecture tutors working under Eric Brown at Kingston School of Art when a new competition was announced to design high-density housing for key workers in the City of London. Each submitted a design for the scheme, pledging to form a practice together if any of them won. When Geoffry Powell’s design was chosen, Chamberlin, Powell & Bon was formed.
